Diet and holiday troubles..
Well two weeks ago i decided to take the bull by the horns and try and lose weight fast.. my diet was pretty tough but by the second day i had no problem sticking to it. After the initial ‘im starving i haven’t eaten in ages’ which actually meant im not really hungry my body’s just not used to going for so long without food, my body got used to it and i didn’t find it to bad. Neway i did so well for four days and i could really fell the difference in my body, but then i wen’t out to pizza hut with my dad and sister. I didn’t want to go to pizza hut but we we’re on our way home from a football match and hadn’t had dinner so i didn’t put up too much of a fight, neway i did really well i had two pieces of garlic bread and a small vegetarian pizza and left alot of it. However the next day i ate junk food as i’d broken my no fast food rule the night before and felt so bad i hadn’t stuck to my diet.
The next day on monday i was going on holiday and i knew this would not be good for dieting, i was right! i ate soo much, loads of carbs! ice cream, chocolate, sweets, everything. Neway when i got home i weighed my self and i weighed 153 which was 1 pound less than when i began my diet the week before ( i didn’t weigh myself during the diet so don’t no how much i’d lost) so i didn’t weigh more than before i began the diet which i was pleased about, But i realised that when i was dieting i must have lost atleast 7 pounds! as i think i put about 7 pounds on when i was on holiday.. so i’d lost 7 pounds in 4 days which is crazy! and i thought if i would have kept with the diet i could have lost 1 stone by now which would be amazing. so i was pretty bummed!! but overall im glad i haven’t put weight on.
Neway it’s my 16th birthday in 21 days so im really gonna go for it im gonna eat super healthy and try and get in alot of exercise. Im gonna aim to lose 20 pounds which i now sounds abit extreme for 21 days.. but i tend to lose weight and gain weight pretty easy so hopefully it shouldn’t be too hard. Please comment and give me tips guys i really wanna look good on my 16th birthday it’s a pretty big deal so please give me support guys x
